The decision
README states: 追加 --ai-review 可用 TypeSafe System One 判别模型（Jev；自托管 DiffusionGemma 同 API）剔除上游的"模板化噪音"变体：每个候选变体问一个 Noul（是/否）问题，取概率 ≥ 阈值判为噪音，不生成文本、无解析、返回校准概率。未配置 key 时自动降级跳过，不阻断同步。
